"Courteous and Helpful" An avid reader since childhood, I entered the literary world’s rudimentary side when I penned my first novel.  I learned the hard way; through trial and error.  I hired Spotlight Publicity and expected the hurdles I encountered in every other aspect of the process.  They were courteous and helpful−one of the few experiences that wasn’t mind-numbing and tedious.  They asked my opinion on all aspects of the campaign and followed through.  I will use them again−more than I can say for the other realms.
